Hotel Zetta San Francisco

Rooms are great modern with king bed, 2 windows looking into a light court and bar, food is superb! It offers great location adjacent to boutiques, the centre of town and Westfield mall, union square, cable car stop. There is Montesacro Pinseria close to the hotel, had dinner there.

16 miles to the airport.

The location is excellent.

I found the staff kind of strange.....not rude or anything, but certainly not as helpful or friendly as I experienced elsewhere on my trip. The room I had was a little shabby, the tv didnt work, it needed decorating. Nothing awful, but I wouldn't give it 3 stars, and for the price I paid I was disappointed.

The location was great, one block from the BART from the airport and one block from my conference. Clean, comfortable, and quite respectable. I couldn't even hear the bar/disco on the first floor.

the rooms could have been cleaner, take a look at the base boards they should be cleaned once in a while. It was not a good deal for the price. If I had to pay for it myself, I would have looked elsewhere.

Room 316 should be discounted as its view is another building and the fire escape. It gets no sun. Easy access in case of fire though.

Clean, low-budget hotel, I truly enjoyed well-equipped rooms and patient staff. The venue's position was unbeatable and nice, right by Union Square sights, cable car station, and restaurant. It also was next to the Westfield mall. Got a unique breakfast included.

I chose this hotel based on its price for one night. It was by chance that it was absolutely perfect for our stay. The location was awesome because we could easily catch the f bus to Fisherman's Wharf, it was a couple blocks away from Union square, around the corner was Market Street and this amazing 6 or 8 story mall! It was great--especially since we don't normally come to the city. It was a great adventure for us!

Could have used more blankets, but I slept well nonetheless. The tv was a little small, but we were not in the room too much to watch anyways.

Easy to get to, clean, staff were helpful and polite.

WiFi in the room was incredibly slow and costly. It is not reasonable to charge every member of a party of 3 in one room $10 per day for each and every device they have.

the location of the hotel is excellent! The accommodations are clean and basic. If you plan on staying in the room, watching tv and relaxing in luxury, this is not your hotel. I felt the hotel was too expensive for what you get, but the city is expensive especially when functions are going on in the city. I would like to have paid at least 25% less and felt it was commensurate with the accommodations. I would recommend this hotel with the caveat of not fancy but acceptable for a quick trip and great location at Union Square.
