Rooms are great modern with king bed, 2 windows looking into a light court and bar, food is superb! It offers great location adjacent to boutiques, the centre of town and Westfield mall, union square, cable car stop. There is Montesacro Pinseria close to the hotel, had dinner there.

The room here is pet-friendly, which is convenient if you're traveling with your furry friend 🐾. It's well-equipped with nice extras and a spacious bed, so you can relax in comfort during your stay.

Stayed here for 3 nights and loved our well-equipped rooms with a bar, coffee machine, and a spacious bed.

The location is excellent.

I found the staff kind of strange.....not rude or anything, but certainly not as helpful or friendly as I experienced elsewhere on my trip. The room I had was a little shabby, the tv didnt work, it needed decorating. Nothing awful, but I wouldn't give it 3 stars, and for the price I paid I was disappointed.

The location was great, one block from the BART from the airport and one block from my conference. Clean, comfortable, and quite respectable. I couldn't even hear the bar/disco on the first floor.

The restaurant had excellent breakfast options, and we enjoyed some delicious dishes; the location was really convenient and close to a vibrant square.

It was conveniently located near the convention center and shopping. A very good bargain

There was no coffe pot in the room; but coffee was available in the lobby.

The staff here are super helpful and they even take care of parking for you right on site. 💪 the location is right in the middle of everything, and you can walk to Powell Street metro station in just 5 minutes. 🚶‍♂️

the rooms could have been cleaner, take a look at the base boards they should be cleaned once in a while. It was not a good deal for the price. If I had to pay for it myself, I would have looked elsewhere.

The place here is very clean and has a distinct design, and the staff are incredibly helpful and patient, plus they offer a unique breakfast with muffins daily.

Location

Room 316 should be discounted as its view is another building and the fire escape. It gets no sun. Easy access in case of fire though.
